Javascript error on publish page with IE7

Description

With current SVN (r1391) it is not possible to use the publish page with IE7 due to a javascript runtime error. The attached patch fixes things for me (although in this case the preview window remains empty, but that is likely a different bug). Firefox seems to ignore the javascript problem. I'm not sure why, but in any case the attached fix is also needed to properly translate the text.

Reopening as this still fails for me with IE7 and r1619.

I'll attach an updated patch. Note that the bug can be reproduced by going to the 'Write Post' page (/admin/content/new), but only when the advanced options are turned on since this is part of the attachments partial.
