I forgot to add a comment in the about.markdown.
The background image in the header is a .gif that is about 704 pixels wide x 70 pixels high. This image is included in the theme, but you'll probably want to change the image unless you want the background to say 'rails.willwyatt.com', which is fine with me :)

The backgound color is HTML 003366 (a common color in the theme). The letters in the background are HTML 063059.
