Description

Using the Empty Fragment Cache feature in the Typo settings recursively deletes all files in tmp/cache including subversion files in tmp/cache/.svn/...

This causes the following error when attempting to do a svn update:

svn: Working copy 'tmp/cache' is missing or not locked
