Getting spammed with email notifications on an old ticket

Description

The spam bot that keeps appending junk to tickets on this site is causing email to be sent to the opener of those tickets with every addition. Please turn email notification of ticket updates off until this situation is resolved.

I can't go turn off email notifications globally because then nobody would get info when their tickets get updated. But if you give me your email I can go remove it from old tickets.

Hopefully at some point we can migrate to Trac trunk, which will alleviate a lot of the spamming issues.

I'm really sorry. Whenever I see this ticket I don't haev time to deal with it at the moment. I'll try and fix it today.
