Description
...as seen on www.carrel.org, but now theme-ified.
This theme uses a picture of mine that is linked via flickr and (the picture) is made available with a creative commons CC-by-nd license. The rest is free for the taking.
I'm not sure what the licensing standards are going to be for the component pieces, so the link away to the graphic is meant to mitigate some of that.
If including cc-by-nd image content isn't an issue then I can re-roll this with the graphic included. I imagine some conversation may be needed to figure out what the standards are going to be for handling theme content.

If it's your picture, you can re-license it however you want, or even make a specific exception for distribution (assuming you still hold the rights to the image).

Severity should not be blocker because the theme doesn't work - blocker means this ticket needs to be fixed because it's blocking use/release of Typo itself.
